This is my daughter’s first bday party on this side of the world (Bali Indonesia) and we had an absolute blast Despite the rain.. She waited 3 weeks after her actual bday just so her brothers would make it here to celebrate with us 🥰.

It’s has just been her and I navigating this big journey on our own the last 8 months so it feels lovely to have my boys here 🥰. I am so grateful

I am so proud of myself for being consistent on this journey.

I have been working to get my flexibility back for a while now, and although I have been very inconsistent over the years, I didn’t realize that building up the strength in my muscles was actually going to support the flexibility of them. I know so much… I don’t know why I never put that together until now. Something just clicked and it is Werking 😃

I’m feeling so much stronger and pliable 😜. There is no better feeling than to break through body stiffness. For years I worked 16 hour days behind the chair as a hair professional 7 days per week. My body suffering in ways you could not have imagined. There were times by body was in so much pain I could not walk, I could not sit and definitely could not run…or jump. I retired from the chair back in 2020 and that alone saved me but I’m about to take it to another level.

I have been going for 2 whole months now and I’m looking forward to how vital my body is going to look and feel as I keep this thing going.

✨Side note: here in Bali, I have had to find ways to honor my daughter and myself at the same time 😊. We are at a restaurant where she gets to play and I get to get my exercise in. I make it known to here how important my exercise is and I acknowledge how important it is that I play with her also so she knows that I know but that we have to share me.

✨MY POINT: You can’t give everything to your kids and have nothing for yourself. Been there some that so it’s ok to set those boundaries 💯
