Greetings. Keep in mind that the journey to better health is a journey. It takes time to get where we are when we reach out for help and it will take time to re-educate ourselves for a healthier lifestyle. My business is called Dani's Transformations for a reason - I do more than assist clients with better health habits, I teach lifestyle changes that are holistic. We address the mind, body, and spirit connections. I work on a platform of honesty and effort. Know that consistency is the ultimate key to success. So, to begin our journey together here are your tasks:
1. Journal - Write down the medications you're taking and the foods you're eating daily. This will give you a clear view of what's going on.
2.Take your medications and eat on a regular schedule. That will establish balance internally.
3. Begin to prepare your meals and cook. This will eliminate the need for fast foods - the convenience of a drive-thru is detrimental to your health.
4. Incorporate The Matrix Meal Replacement with the berries of your choice as breakfast. How you start your day truly does set the tone for your energy and well-being for the rest of your day.
