I feel as if it’s a human “cheat code” that we have instant access to analyze our mind , body & soul .

Without clear direction & a clouded mental the only thing we can look forward to is distraction & misalignment.

I LOVE the ability to be able to embrace the process of self-discovery with curiosity and openness.

The only way out is in ❤️

Having the knowing that from any given point in life , we can align ourselves to create a way through… that’s love ❤️ ❤️☀️

Eating for the Soul doesn’t have to be boring… it doesn’t require you to only eat salads , lol that’s a basic vegan dinner 😭 lol but seriously, get creative, LOVE & ENJOY the experience of intentionally feeding the soul what good for you while also creating a balance .

It’s ok to indulge in things that’s not so good for you from time to time . Just don’t make it a lifestyle. Make sure the good out weighs the bad so your body don’t go out sad 🙃. . .

And another thing … it’s not a diet , it’s a Lifestyle 😮‍💨😌. I love feeding my body food that adds to my greatness ☀️
