I felt like today was a good day to drop a card. This angel card is spot-on for what I’ve seen happening in the world and even in my own inner world.

The energy feels heavy and weird. Some people are vibing and others are barely scraping by.

In astrology, Uranus just moved into Gemini for the first time in 84 years. It was in Ta**us before. We also have a ton of stuff going on in Aries. The world and the stars are all shook up.

So I pulled this card - the NURTURE card.

This tells us that right now is not the time to push harder, figure everything out, or override what your body is asking for.

It’s a time to care for yourself — in the same way you would care for a child who’s overwhelmed or tired.

More rest.
More softness.
More letting go.

Before the next move… before the next decision… before taking care of everyone else…

Take care of YOU.

And sometimes we don’t even know that can look like:
🛁 a bubble bath in the midst of chaos…
🧘 meditation to sit and listen…
😴 sleep…
🚶 walking outside…
🕺 anything that brings you joy…

I had put this image on my vision board a couple of years ago. And up until a little while ago, I couldn’t figure out why. And then it clicked.

This fall and winter, I got to hike in Sedona with Tess Clarkson in November. Then, in December, I hiked in Palm Springs with my best friend since second grade. Both trips were amazing in different ways. One set a tone and vision for the future. The other resonated in profound presence and just being that was needed before the holiday hustle and bustle.

On the second trip, it dawned on me that I was hiking with a friend - exactly like my vision board image! Then I thought about the rest of what was on the vision board and how many other things had come to fruition. My mind was blown.

That’s why I am so excited to host the Cosmic Vision Map Workshop this month. I have a feng shui bagua to help place your specific life goals in areas of your vision board to help solidify where they go energetically.
