I am a little behind on this, but I hope that everyone has had a wonderful start to 2015! I couldn't be happier with how 2014 went for me. There were so many amazing people I worked with and had such a wonderful time making them feel beautiful on the biggest days of their lives! Thank you so much to all of you that let me be a part of such special times!

Recently I had an amazing opportunity to work with the Ladies Club of Scared Heart - Valley Park Church. It was their 2nd Annual Afternoon of Fashions and Tea Fashion Show. All of the outfits that were being modeled were purchased at The St. Vincent de Paul Manchester Thrift Store. I believe the most expensive outfit was totaled at only $13! I was asked to apply makeup to each of the models that were in the show, who were all parishioners of Scared Heart Valley Park.

This event was really amazing to be a part of. While the ladies were enjoying their tea time an hour before the fashion show started, there were 50/50 tickets, items being auctioned off that were donated from local boutiques, and even a clothing and housewares drive set up by one of the Girl Scout Troops of Sacred Heart. Any of the donations made, monetarily or items from the drive, will benefit both the St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store as well as the St. Vincent de Paul society that provides assistance to people in crisis in their parish boundaries.

I felt very honored to be a part of such a special event. It was amazing to see all of the outfits so wearable at such an affordable price! All of my models were so sweet and had such a fun time. I am ready for next years show!!

This past weekend was so much fun and went by too quickly! I was able to do makeup for a wedding of two really awesome people in Austin, TX. I will have pictures to post soon, but be aware, the bride is/was amazingly beautiful, and the wedding venue, breathtaking! Thank you Brooke and Matthew Chambers!
