Sunset Hills Massage Therapy Center is looking for additional independent contractor(s) to join our team. This position is an independent contractor/ room rental opportunity. Our massage office has been in business since 2005. Our original owner designed this setup with the intention that a group of therapists can come together and be self-employed yet share the expenses of the shared office space making it more economical to be a independent contractor.

Our office is a three-room facility shared by several other massage therapists. I have been renting my room there for over 15 years and I'm so grateful for the great setup it is. A therapist has retired, and we have is space for a LMT to rent on the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and Saturdays

Our office offers the following to independent contractors:
- Great opportunity for a franchise employee or employee who's looking to Branch out on their own but not have the expense of starting up a whole office
- Rented by day for a monthly rate/ Discount for 4 or more days per week commitment
-Clean and semi customizable massage therapy office and room. If something needs to be different for your type of modality our therapists are open to be flexible on how the rooms currently are.
-Conveniently located by interstates 270 and 44.
-Massage therapist is responsible for supplying all things in regard to client sessions. This includes sheets, lotions or oils, and all business needs for bodywork sessions
- The room rental does include many amenities outside of the session room. Such as all supplies for the bathroom, client water, supplies for the office area
- Massage therapist will be able to set their prices and offer their type of customized massage as long as it is in alignment with all codes and laws stated by the state and the massage therapy professional board.
-Responsible for finding own clientele. We do not get a lot of walk-in business. Thier is instances of overflow from fully booked massage therapist. Therapist will still have to be a self-starter who is passionate about finding their own clientele

Who's interested? Who's always wanted to work for themselves? Who works somewhere that they don't let them do certain services or take certain trainees and use them there due to their mission statement or conflict of other services. This is your time! Everyday is a good day for a massage

If you've been into the office in January you might have noticed some of our winter Decor is still up.

The joy to the world plaque is a tribute to our dear friend and massage therapist Esther Rhodes.

Esther brought joy to everyone she came in contact with, our office misses her very much.

This sign was gifted to her from a client, when the first holiday season came to a close after having it she said we should keep it up all year, stating that should be a message for the entire year.

Candice and her decided that was a great idea and the office kept it up the whole year that year. Great memories of a great person. We know she is resting in peace with Jesus like her heart always desired.
