This is my client. She suffers from Seborrheic dermatitis.
Seborrheic dermatitis also known as dandruff effects mainly the scalp and skin of the face. This can be more of an annoyance to anyone that has this condition . IT IS NOT CONTAGIOUS! On the skin it can appear as scaly patches. Making the skin look like it has a dehydrated but oily look going on. Seborrheic dermatitis is in the oil (sebaceous) glands and hair follicles. People with seborrheic dermatitis produce too much sebum (the natural skin oil). Later, pityrosporum yeast grows excessively in the sebum, sometime along with bacteria, making the dermatitis more persistent. In conjunction with following her dermatologist recommendations, protocols with medications and facial treatments/ at home care, collectively have all made a huge difference in the results you see here.
