I’m back from vacation!!!

Michael and I took a trip with friends to Florida to see more friends and do some Disney things.

Although this vacation was on the move and go go go, it was a good change of pace and good for my soul.

I have a full week at the salon this week and I’m ready to get back at it!

People say diamonds are a girl’s best friend… but for me it’s definitely my fiancé.

Over the weekend I got engaged to my best friend. I could not be more happy to call you mine…I’ll always love you more mostest!

I can hardly believe it! To celebrate we have 2 things happening…

Celebrate #1. We are giving away 4 full size 7Haircare products.

Hey y’all!

Long time no chat!

I can’t believe it’s almost been a YEAR since I opened my salon! (The Styled Company)

I wanted to fill you in on a few fun updates…

Since this has been such an amazing year, I plan on having several giveaways before Christmas so make sure you have notifications turned on for me and the salon . It’s going to be so much fun!

I have personally put a pause on accepting new clients, but I have AMAZING ladies at the salon ready to help you with your hair goals.

We started the new salon with two stylists. And as of this week, the salon is FULL with 6 total stylists, AND we’ve hired an assistant!

To all my clients, Thank YOU!!! We could not have grown the way we have without you! I can’t wait to share more salon fun with all of you!

Hello Beautiful People!

I wanted to address a few changes coming to my business on August 1st 2021. This post is not being made to call out anyone, only to simply update my way of doing business in the most efficient way possible. I know this is a lot of information but I tried to be as short to the point as possible.

-I am currently booking out 8-10 weeks in advance. If you know you will need an appointment in the future and wish to book with me, please tell me ahead of time. I have put a pause on taking new clients at this time. If I cannot work you in, there are other amazing stylists at the salon I can get you in touch with.

-Any messages, texts, calls etc. from clients will be responded to within 24 hours, during normal business hours Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm

-As the prices of my products, tools, and disinfectants increase, I need to make the necessary changes to accommodate. My hair service prices will increase between $5 and $10 per individual service. If you have a question about the price of your upcoming service please send me a text or message my business page.

-A new cancellation policy will go into effect. Until recently I have not had a cancellation policy. Since I now have a full book with a waiting list, I will be implementing a cancellation policy. I also now have a very reliable text reminder system that will alert you. My system sends a text to you when we book your appointment, then will send you a text 72 hours before your appointment to confirm, and lastly texts you 24 hours ahead of your appointment as a last minute reminder. Clients will now be required to keep a card on file.

🖤“No Shows”- A “no show” is when you fail to communicate you can no longer make your appointment and you do not show up. After “no showing” on an appointment you will be charged 20% (nonrefundable and not able to use on a future appointment) of your scheduled service. A second “no show” will result in a charge of 100% of your service cost (nonrefundable and not able to be used on a future appointment) also I will require a 50% cash deposit in order to book another appointment.
🖤Cancellations and Reschedules- cancellations or reschedules that occur more than 8 business hours (Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm) prior to your appointment, allows me to refer to my cancellation list and fill that appointment slot. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 8 hours of your appointment time, it is considered a late cancellation resulting that I no longer am able to fill that appointment spot, your card will be charged 20% of your service (nonrefundable and not able to be used on a future appointment).
🖤Late clients- Appointments where you are 15 minutes late to an appointment is subject to a no show, as it is possible I can no longer perform your service due to time constraints.

I am working on a new and better platform for your appointments! Yay!! No more wrong times or days or unexpected notifications!...can I get a “hallelujah!” 🙌🏻 lol

➡️I had to “turn on” my Facebook booking in order to delete appointments to move them to the new system.

...(apparently if i turn off the online booking I can’t cancel or change appointments 🙄😂...whoops)
