We are a small family owned and operated company making nutritious, delicious beef and pork jerky.
Our jerky is hand sliced from the leanest cuts of beef and pork, marinated in a secret blend of herbs and spices, and dried at high temperatures in stainless steel air dryers. This is a snack that is low in carbohydrates and sodium and high on taste. Our facility is inspected daily and is HACCP and USDA compliant.
