A message from Denise:

To My Dear Valued Clients,
It is with a heavy heart I must retire. My body just can’t do massages anymore. I thought if I gave it some time to heal I could resume working, but sadly that is not the case.
I thank you for following me to several locations, and for your patience and understanding when I took time off to help with the cattle.
I’m so grateful and thankful for the time we got to spend together. I wish you good health and a happy life.

Hello to all of our fabulous clients!🤩 To keep up with the industry, we felt it was time to raise our prices a little. It’s not ever easy to make these decisions, so we appreciate your understanding. New prices take effect June 1st, 2024.

Heather received over 550 hours of training in a hybrid program remotely through the Bear Heart School of massage therapy of Fort Collins. After graduating and passing her MBLEX exam in June, she joined BIB massage therapy. Heather feels blessed to work with Denise and Megan who have a huge base of knowledge for her to grow from.

Heather has a strong desire to work with clients who deal with challenging issues of chronic pain, tension and injury as well as the relaxing, health enhancing benefits of bodywork. She provides techniques learned through her training in Swedish, relaxation, deep tissue and hot & cold stone therapy. She is currently continuing her education in lymph drainage techniques for clients with compromised immune systems or recovering from surgery. She is passionate about using massage and manual therapy techniques to help clients relax and reach their current health goals.

Heather is a Sterling native that has owned her own coffee business in the area for the last 28 years. She will continue to run that business while practicing massage part time. Massage therapy and wellness has been an interest of Heather for years and when given the opportunity to pursue a license for massage therapy, she jumped at the chance. The intention being a lifelong interest that could be a part time opportunity to help people before and after her retirement from the coffee business.

PSA: Denise and Megan are both currently booked out a couple months. So, we are only seeing new clients by adding names to our cancellation list and hoping we can eventually fill a cancelled spot. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we can only work so much. Please don’t hesitate to try….the universe has a way of working things out!
