Hey Y’all 👋🏽

Time to put a face with the name High Noon Hair. My name is Bailey Wesner, I grew up in Chalmers, Indiana on a cattle farm. We grew up showing and raising Simmental cattle. When I was 16 is was lucky enough to work my first wedding, assisting with hair and makeup. Fun fact, it was actually two weddings in one day in Indianapolis.

After high school I attended Lake Land College on a livestock judging scholarship for two years. It was then I had decided to pursue my lifelong dream of becoming a cosmetologist. I attended Paul Mitchell the School Normal, in Normal Illinois. After digging into my career, I opened my own Salon, High Noon Hair in 2020-2022 in Brookston, Indiana. It was a dream to one day have my own salon! However, we know life always gives you unexpected opportunities and in May of 2022 I picked up and moved to Stillwater, Oklahoma. I am proud to be living my dream as High Noon Hair at Twenty-Seven Salon in downtown Stillwater. I specialize in JZ hand tied extensions, color (especially blonding), and formal style/makeup. My better half Jared and I still enjoy our acreage and small cattle operation in our spare time! My passions are all cosmo and cows if you know me! Let me make your hair goals come true!
