LAST CALL! I’ll be taking down this site unless someone wants to take it over! October 1st. I was one of the initial owners in Tera Springs in 2005 and I loved it there for 16 years. It’s time for me to give it up!

I’m selling my own condo in the 620 Bldg…it will be on the market next week. Serious inquiries are welcomed!
