On my journey of growth I discovered that a lot of people don’t know that they need to grow personally.

They get degrees, training, new houses, cars, businesses, etc. without ever recognizing that they are the big asset and they need to invest in self.

Self love and self care goes beyond massages, girls night out, glass of wine 🍷.

It’s being able to look at self and take an accessment on where they are, where they want to go and what do they need to do to make this happen.

Today I celebrate my 49th birthday. I am so happy and grateful for my life. God has protected me and allowed me to see another year. I take nothing for granted.
