Basic things you need for a loaded tea:
Herbal Tea 1/2 tsp
Lift-Off 1 tablet
NRG 1/2 tsp
Aloe 3 capfuls
Flavor additions (the possibilities are endless) 1/2 tsp
Mix dry ingredients in small amount of hot water to dissolve- fill 30 oz cup full of ice, pour over ice, add aloe & fill rest of way with water. ENJOY 💗
