Mood is for the lovers of unconventional, the black sheep if you will😉 We offer alternative forms of fitness because why work out in a “normal” setting when you could be a part of an empowering, fun, social, group setting movement. Including but not limited to pole fitness, yoga, sound healing, body movement, meditation, drum circles, dance, and more.

All of the places I’ve been and people I’ve met throughout my life journey so far have led me to this moment and I’m so excited to finally share this with you guys. Anyone who knows me knows this has been a dream I’ve been working toward for a long time and I’m so thankful for each and every person I’ve crossed paths with.
I’m aware of the struggle it takes to get yourself out of the house and be active, and I commit to put my all into this space and create the most welcoming environment with zero judgment for any and all walks of life to join. This is a safe space for creative self expression and I can only hope to cultivate an environment where people can truly feel comfortable to find themselves in a deeper way than ever before.

Starting in January I will officially be switching over to hourly pricing, my rates will be $75/hr.
For most this won’t be a price increase it equals out to almost the same amount you’ve been paying. But for my more intricate processes this helps me price everything fairly without having to add extra charges for thick/long hair, for extra bowls of color or toner etc
This pricing includes anything you might need done during your service so no add on charges which gives me the ability to use whatever methods/products needed to perfect your color🤍
