If you had told my 11th grade self that one day I would build a community dedicated to celebrating the beauty professionals of Long Island and then have the opportunity to share that journey with a room full of students, I never would have believed you. ✨

A little secret for the women reading this: you don’t need a blood test or someone else to tell you something feels off to know that something feels off. ✨

If you’re experiencing symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, disrupted sleep, low libido, mood changes or you simply don’t feel like yourself anymore, don’t let anyone convince you it’s “just stress” or “you’re too young.” Those symptoms matter.

After experiencing hair loss from a combination of GLP-1 medication and perimenopause, my hair journey has looked a little different these past few years.
