just wanted to be honest for a second…

Sometimes I struggle with showing up consistently on here.

And it’s not because I don’t love creating content, because I really do. I love educating, I love sharing skin tips, and I love connecting with all of you.

But behind the scenes, I’m also running a business, taking care of clients, managing all the little details, and navigating an autoimmune issue… and sometimes my energy just isn’t there.

I think sometimes we see business owners online and assume they’re supposed to always be visible, always polished, always posting.

But I’m human. And I’m learning that showing up authentically matters more than showing up perfectly.

So I’m giving myself grace, and I hope this reminds you to do the same.
