Salon 120 procedures for appointments:

-You may not enter the salon until your service provider sends you a message that they are ready. If you have an appointment at a specific time and they have not yet sent you a message, please be patient and do not try to enter the building as we will have to ask you to leave.

-Your service provider will meet you to take and record your temperature you then will need to wash/sanitize your hands and initial by the recorded temperature taken.

-All clients must wear face masks. There are no exceptions. If you are unable to do so, you must wait to schedule an appointment until the restriction is lifted. If there is a time your hairstylist needs to move the mask from your ears you will be expected to hold the mask to your face until you can replace it. We also can not promise we won’t get color on your mask, so don’t wear your favorite!

-We are only allowed 1 client per service provider at a time. Nobody can accompany you inside to your appointment. This includes children. If your child has an appointment they must be able to enter by themselves and prepayment should be arranged unless they are able to do so without assistance.

-Several service providers are recommending contactless payment such as Venmo, you can check with yours ahead of time if you want to see if this is available.

-Please try to limit personal items brought in with you to what you can keep on your person

We know this is going to be an adjustment, but the health and safety of our clients is our #1 priority. We can not wait to see you!
