👋Hey Knead Therapy Fam! Guess what?! 📣

Surprise, surprise: I am slipping away again, this time to the beautiful, peaceful mountains of Asheville from July 23-26th! 🌲🧘‍♀️ But this isn't just a vacation—I’m heading up there to immerse myself in a Reiki 1 & 2 certification course!

I’ll be closed on those days, but I promise I’m coming back with something incredibly special for all of you. I’ll return fully attuned and ready to officially add Reiki to the Knead Therapy menu of services! 🎉

What exactly is Reiki, and why am I so excited to bring it to you?
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle, deeply restorative Japanese energy healing technique. While massage works beautifully on your physical muscles, Reiki works on your energetic and emotional body. Using a very light, compassionate touch (or even just hovering hands), it helps clear blockages, quiet a busy mind, and reset your nervous system.

How will this enhance your massage experience?
Combining Reiki with massage is an absolute game-changer. By blending the two, we can:

✨Meltdown stubborn physical tension even faster by calming the nervous system first.
✨Release emotional stress and heaviness (that "much lighter" feeling we all crave!).
✨Create a deeper state of relaxation than massage alone can achieve.

Think of it as a total mind, body, and spirit reset. 💆✨

Taking the time to truly unplug, reset, and practice what I preach was exactly what my soul needed. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to disconnect for a bit, and even more grateful to all of you for your patience and support while I was away. 🥾🌲 Enjoy the pictures I’ve shared. 😊📸🏞️

🏕️Disconnecting to Reconnect: A quick update from Knead Therapy!🌳

First and foremost, a massive thank you to our amazing community for your continued support and for consistently prioritizing your wellness through regular massage therapy. As we always say, Everybody needs to be kneaded™️!

Speaking of taking care of oneself—I am practicing what I preach and heading off-grid into the West Virginia mountains for a camping trip next week to recharge my own batteries. ⛰️🏞️
