AI, Humanity, and the Future

Artificial Intelligence has become one of the most debated topics of our time. Some embrace it. Others fear it. Many say they'll never use it.
Yet the truth is, most of us already do—every single day.

When you call your bank, credit card company, insurance provider, airline, or roadside assistance, chances are your first interaction is with AI. It helps answer routine questions, verify information, and direct you to the right department more efficiently.

The real question isn't whether AI exists. It's how we choose to use it.
Like any tool, AI can be misused. It can spread misinformation, create confusion, or remove the human touch when it's relied on too heavily. Those concerns are real and deserve thoughtful discussion.

But when implemented wisely, AI doesn't replace genuine human connection—it protects it.
If technology can handle repetitive administrative tasks, that gives people more time to do what only people can do: listen, care, create, solve problems, and build relationships.

In my own line of business, no technology will ever replace the comfort of a caring touch, a meaningful conversation, or the trust built between practitioner and client. Those are deeply human experiences.

Perhaps the goal isn't to fear AI or worship it. Perhaps it's simply to remember that technology should remain a servant—not become the master.
Use it with wisdom.

Sunday Musings: Makeup or Skincare... Which Comes First?

Somewhere along the way, we were sold the idea that the answer to looking better was another foundation, another concealer, another magic primer.

"Can the PDRN get to where it needs to work?"

PDRN is like having a truck full of bricks to build a house.
The bricks are excellent. They can help rebuild and repair.
But if the truck can't get through the front gate, the bricks never reach the construction site.

Your skin barrier is that gate.
Cream or sheet mask: The truck stops at the gate. Some benefits may occur on the surface, but most of the PDRN isn't getting deep enough to do the job it's became famous for.

Microneedling or injections: The gate is temporarily opened. Now the truck can deliver the bricks where the rebuilding actually happens.
