Some Fridays the class is packed. Some Fridays it’s just a few people showing up ready to work.
Either way, nobody trains alone.
When we needed one more person for today’s partner workout, coach laced up and jumped right in. That’s what great communities do—we show up for each other, whether there are 20 people in class or 4.
A little sweat, a few laughs, and a great way to kick off the weekend.
