Results so far with taking 4 per day:

Even with not taking full dosage recommendations, less time in my home gym this month and less food prep and eating out more, results are there. Excited to keep going! The reason I decided to try this Body Composition Formula was to help combat my menopause symptoms such as weight gain (particularly around my midsection), sleep, mood and bloating.
