My classes start ne t week feb 1 sorry a month late guys Jude has been down and out for a while since Covid vaccines lots going on I can tell you I’ve not been myself lots of complications for 8 mos I miss you all and my class so much!! I’ll try to do my best teaching you this beautiful program ! Can’t wait love you all see you I hope Tuesday feb 1 and thursdays feb 3 at 9 am so excited !!

Hi everyone! I graduated from physical therapy last week! Still have a ways to go but I'm getting there! Six mos since surgery today! I've been practicing and working on level 3 and cannot wait to teach in marco island in January!! Thanks again to all my students who hung in there with an instructor in a sling all last winter ! I love you all

Hi everyone well I'm still in physical therapy for both arms ! Operative arm is coming along well and right arm rotator got partially torn due to being in a sling so long but it's coming along well!! I'll be back teaching in marco island in jan guess what Mackle park is putting in ballet bars for us gr balance !! So excited about that ! I can teach you much better posture etc! Thanks to all who hung in with me all winter in a sling !! Happy fourth I love you all!!

Hi all! We are still teaching in marco island Monday and Wednesday and at 900 am at Mackle park! My students are totally getting this technique and we are having fun!! I no longer have to wear my sling and therapy is going well! I have water exercises to do at home!! Anthony is getting my arm to move!! Love him and my students join us in aging backwards!!

We started our classes yesterday and had a nice turnout!! Tomorrow we have class at nine!? Monday’s and Wednesday’s!! Come join the class Essentrics will change your life!
