Did you know that braids are a protective hairstyle? Not to mention you can wear them for Multiple days, a week at least if you’re up for that! They are also a beautiful and can aid in many different looks and styles. is a fitness trainer, so these braids not only help to express the badass side of you, but they also keep your hair OUT of the way while training. Just a reminder that light affects the way you see the tone of your hair! Inside the office your hair will appear differently than when you’re outside on a beautiful day. Sunny day, cloudy day, inside lighting or studio lighting, it all plays a part in how you perceive your tone! Either way, you’re going to leave with beautiful hair nonetheless! 😍
