Yesterday, we spent 8 hours learning abdominal massage techniques from Ryan Sullivan. Wow, it was so worth it!

I love continuing education and finding new ways to help my clients feel their best. These techniques are truly top-notch, and I’m excited to start incorporating them into sessions when appropriate.

I can’t wait to put what I learned into practice!
