Things you all don't get to see behind the scenes:
When you're your own production staff there's sooo much to do. Everything you see,we manufacture it. From the soaps/products/labels we in house it.
Working with softwares can be a headache at times. Images not showing up properly.
Hours pass by and on a bad day the cost is heavy. Frustrating because you care to make sure everything your customers get,is spot on. Not because you're trying to impress them,but caring for them in the same manner I would care for me.
These thank you cards are unacceptable for my standard.
Sometimes, the small things add up and before I ever send you something I kind of like,I just simply won't put it in your bag.
