Exciting news! I have the opportunity to expand my career and finish my Chiropractic degree through a Hybrid program at Southern California University of Health Sciences. So I don’t have to move 🤩
**I’m seeking a reliable, compassionate, and responsible pet/house sitter for the furry four legged loves of my life (Raya and Grace). I will be required to travel one week a month beginning in August.
I am willing to barter services or I have a spare room in Midtown if you would like to rent a room with a steep discount. Please message me if you’re interested!

Try a Craniosacral treatment and experience the gentle balancing of these bones and the tissues they connect with.
The sphenoid and pelvis mirror each other more than most people realize.
Both have a central ‘body’ with wing-like expansions, both function as structural keystones, and both anchor major myofascial and ligamentous systems.
Because their shapes — and roles — parallel each other, rotation or tension in one region can echo through the dural, fascial, and CNS pathways to influence the other.
In PT, we don’t just treat what hurts. We treat the patterns — and these two structures often share the same story.

✨ Still reflecting on my recent learning experience at the UC Davis anatomy lab with the Barral Institute.
One of the biggest lessons I brought home is that no matter what we study in textbooks, real bodies rarely show up exactly that way. There are so many variations — and that’s the beauty of it.
Textbooks teach us the “norms,” but those are just baselines — starting points to help us understand and support one another. They shouldn’t be used to judge or to force anyone to fit into a mold that doesn’t honor their unique truth of mind and body.
Feeling grateful for the reminder that true learning (and healing) comes from curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s individuality. 💛

I am diligently working towards completing the written certification exam to obtain the official credentials of a Craniosacral Therapist from the Upledger Institute. I have a profound appreciation for this approach to the body and my ultimate goal is to share my knowledge through teaching. Although managing study time is challenging with a busy massage practice, thoroughly reviewing the written materials has enabled me to clarify and solidify my understanding of the techniques I have been applying in my practice over the past few years. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity for my hands to connect with the inner wisdom of so many people to facilitate healing using the gentle touch of Craniosacral Therapy.
If you can’t find me at my massage studio, you can probably find me here❤️ what’s your favorite outdoor activity that you look forward to every fall?
