1 whole year on my curl journey➰

If you know me, you know that my hair is EVERYTHING to me. My hair is deeply ancestral and spiritual to/for me. It has taken years for me to embrace my natural pattern and today marks 365 days that I’ve only worn my natural curly hair every single day🥹 everytime I look in the mirror, I see my ancestors and it reminds me that this journey came to me when I would be able to respect it, appreciate it and love it for what it all truly means. Hair has long been considered an extension of the soul, a vessel for memory, energy, and power.

Being a curly girl is not for the weak. There’s no “one size fits all” product, not every curly hair guru is YOUR curly hair guru, and sometimes you do just need to cut it all off to start anew🥲

Thank you so much for having been on this journey with me and giving me the cuts of my curly hair dreams!
