No wet hair in bed, and not hair ties to minimize breakage.

Wet hair does not like dense brushes. 🌸
Wet hair is the most fragile, so try not to detangle it using a harsh brush.
Use a wide comb for the best results.

Heat Protectant!
Heat damage can be prevented by using a heat protectant that works for your hair type and temp. of heat used. (Pureology heat protectant is my fav)
