dule an appointment upon prior notice ONCE and must be used within (30 days) time of the cancellation. Any rescheduling after the first attempt is null and void, all future services must be paid in full in order to rebook. Any remaining balances must be paid by CASH payment upon arrival.

· Please NO kids or extra people unless they are also being serviced

.Please come with your brows groomed and remove all unwanted facial hair

. Hair must be prewashed and dry at least 2 days prior to appointment

. Please arrive with clean, exfoliated, moisturized face and lips absolutely NO makeup on

. Please arrive ON TIME for your scheduled appointment (not early or late)

· A late fee of $20 will be added if more than 10 minutes late, no exceptions. Please be respectful of my time and other clients with scheduled appointments. If more than 20 minutes late with no prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled indefinitely.

· No calls or text before 9am or after 9pm


​*Early morning (8am or prior) hour appointments can be made upon request and an extra charge of $10 will be applied to those bookings.

​* Before/After pictures/video are taken for proof of service completion and will be exclusively posted to PMA website/social media for advertisement purposes only (unless stated otherwise by client prior to application). Portraits are taken with a professional grade (CANON) camera and if desired by client a $5 fee can be added for digital transfer of the raw image/images
