“Just finished my very first time in a float tank! I have gotten so many questions in the last 20 min so I’m responding here... 
 
I LOVED it! It’s so relaxing and meditative! But as you know I’m doing it for pain relief. A float tank is basically extremely potent epsom salt water that causes you to float. You are secluded in dark pod in either complete silence or calming music. You float with zero effort and it’s used for muscle soreness, mental clarity, decompression, countless positive uses. This place was called Floatology n has the largest tanks in Phoenix, which I thought would be a good first experience.
