I can not say this enough , Box color is HORRIBLE for the hair . Think about it like this food for thought ..... if you eat junk food from "non healthy places " every other day it will catch up to you in body wieght. You might not see it then , but you'll see it after you continue to repeat the unhealthy eating and to get rid of that fat you have to work hard .
