due to unforeseen events that took place last night, I endured somewhat of a serious injury.

I will be reaching out to those of you who are booked to see what we might figure out. I’m pretty tough stuff. So I am going to try to work around it after a few days. See how it goes.

As a L.M.T. I have to keep my flexibility and range of motion going. So I always tell my clientele Yoga is something that helps me tremendously!!! Some people find it intimidating~

Little bit about me:

Hello! 👋🏼 I am just a goofball that adores my daughter, dog, live music, motorcycles, fast cars, beautiful skies, mountains, and all adventures of life.

Massage became a passion of mine back in 2012 once I graduated from Denver School of Massage Therapy in Aurora, Colorado. Attended classes nightly for one entire year. Had clinics on weekends for hands on practice. We all left as educated as possible with 13 modalities under our belts. We were also one of the last classes lucky enough to endure cadaver labs. Learning the muscles by fiber direction, layer by layer, one by one~ all of anatomy. It was absolutely fascinating.

Once I began to practice I found out I have quite a knack at knowing my pressure, kinesiology, movement and structural. I can read your body like Braille. I have worked on major injuries with great success. Most importantly I make people realize how important self care truly is. I have an amazing education and fellow students to thank for my incredible years of practice. Truly.

I am looking forward to meeting new clientele. I have relocated to gorgeous Arizona. Been here since March and it is time to build and get this going. 💪🏼 I absolutely love to help people and stay busy!

I have had some inquiries about what I use for my massages. Oil? Lotion? It’s hot, you don’t want to feel disgusting~

I use hot towels or at least have them on hand so that if you would like to wipe off before you go, you absolutely can.

I hate being all ooey gooey in the heat myself~ so trust me! I understand!!

However, the product I use is one of the very best out there in the massage world~ it is actually a cream! Feels silky, makes your skin super nice. I have used it my entire 12 years and not a single client has had any type of reaction. Scentless.

(Going to go knock on some wood now. 😆)

Soon I will have a few other types that they make on hand too. Deep muscle rub, organic. To name a few. This is a great product!
