If you aren’t going to make it to your appointment PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, just call (or text) and cancel. No call no show is unfair and unacceptable when you get a confirmation text and email the day before. I totally understand things happen and things come up and I promise I am the easiest to work with. There are people waiting to get in and when you just don’t show now I’m just sitting here. I’ve never wanted to have the policy where if you no-show I will charge the full price of the appointment, because communication works, but if this continues I guess I will have to……

4 years ago today, I left my job working at the school to work at the salon full time. It was one of the scariest things I have ever done, but my therapist told me DO IT SCARED. It has not been easy and 2025 almost took me out, but I’m here and I’m standing and I’m still smiling. Thank you to every client that has ever walked the doors, there is no business without you. Thank you to my husband and children who sacrifice a lot so that I can work like I do. Thank you to my village who keeps me encouraged and lifted up. Today I celebrate me!!
