CANCELLATION POLICY

Failure to give 24 hours notice of cancellation of any appointment will result in charges for the service time reserved.

Because time is our livelihood, it is necessary to charge for missed appointments, and failure to give 24 hours notice of cancellation. While we are happy to give our clients a reminder phone call, this is a courtesy service, and the client is ultimately responsible for the appointment.
