I can’t let September (childhood cancer awareness month🎗️) pass without mentioning my little hero. Miss Tinsleigh Ward was diagnosed with neuroblastoma with a tumor in her chest at 2 years old. She fought hard and beat cancer! She is one of a kind. She is meant for something special and I love being her mom!

My Mimi passed away yesterday at the age of 99.
She passed away peacefully at home.
We had become very close since my mom passed and I loved our evening phone calls and weekly visits. Her mind was very sharp until the last couple days.
The stories she shared with me were so funny and she could remember every detail. I loved listening to her stories about meeting grandad or getting kicked out of a bar.
She always told me she is the only person to ever live that hadn’t eaten an M&m before, had fast food or owned a computer.
She had a one of kind personality.

Losing a child at any age is hard and I think my moms passing was just too hard for her to get through. I have comfort know she is with my mom watch down on us

Mom, I never wanted this day to come when I had to live without you. You are the best mother and grandmother any girl could ask for. I love how you had a special relationship with both of my girls and they are going to miss you so much. I will miss your phone calls asking me to come over and help you send an email or fix your tv. I will miss coming over and trying to put together all the crazy things you bought online all the time. I will miss having you a phone call away…no matter what my problem was, you were always so calm and told me everything will be ok. I will miss your silly rhymes and dances and one of kind sense of humor. I am going to miss our political arguments. I am going to miss grocery shopping at your house, lol
I knew you were sick, but I went to every doctor's apt with you, and you were doing so well that I didn’t think this could happen so soon and quickly! I know you aren’t suffering anymore and are up in heaven having a drink with Dad and Grandad!!
I am going to miss you so much, and I know every day forward will be hard but don’t worry, Lucy and I will stick together and make you proud!
