Moments of BLISS!!
During the darkest days of my depression I felt ashamed of the feelings I was experiencing because in my mind I had so much to be grateful about. I felt so ashamed that I wanted to hide from everyone including GOD my Heavenly Father. In this video I open up and share the memories of my experience and what I think helped me get through my DARKEST DAYS.
I understand if you're feeling ALONE, but I know that GOD is always there with us even during our worst days. He says "come as you are", this means your past doesn't matter, how you dress, how you speak, what you're doing today... none of this matters. God is always there waiting with open arms.
