Yoga is a personal journey of self exploration. In the beginning practice "one size fits all" gets you in the door.
After that, you need personalized direction to guide you in proven steps to unlicking your own path.
One unfortunate side effect of a deep yoga practice is losing people from your life. Whenever you change there will be people in your life who will become terribly uncomfortable with you changing from what they expect. The only UN-fortunate part is that you don't get to choose who prunes themself from your life. The FORTUNATE part is that these folks SELF prune because they don't match your new mode, your new "vibration", and that is only ever a good thing.
It is ok to evolve.

Did 988 replace the su***de hotline?
988 is now the three-digit dialing code that routes callers to the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline (or 988 Lifeline). On July 16, 2022, the 988 Lifeline transitioned away from the National Su***de Prevention Line reached through a 10-digit number to the three-digit 988 Lifeline.
Anyone who belittles your emotions instead of helping you through them is not a friend.
