I’m so excited to return to work. I have missed you all so much and can’t wait to see you soon. Here is a list of policies we will be following going forward. My schedule is so full and I thank you all so much for all your support and sticking with me through my health issues, family losses, and business changes throughout the last 10 years. I know many of you have been there since the beginning and that means the world to me. In order to serve you all the best I can, using the best products I possibly can, I need to enforce my policies to help the business run smoother and make sure your getting the best service possible. Please keep in mind that if I am not servicing clients, I’m not making money. I’m not saying this to make you feel bad for me. I love my job, but that’s the reality of the beauty industry. I’m just trying to support my family like everyone else. With all of that said, please read and review the policies below, as well as new prices, which are listed on Vagaro, due to the dramatic increase and inflation on product prices and shipping. I understand if you have to look elsewhere or need to take a break from services if the policies and prices do not fit into your lifestyle and budget. Feel free to message me with any questions.

A Minimum of 24 hours is required for all cancellations, otherwise a $25 fee will be assessed at your next appointment. If you are going to be late for your appointment, no matter how late, please inform me. I would hate for you to arrive and I’m not able to service you. With that being said, anyone 15 minutes or more late will be considered a no show appointment. Anyone that no shows will be required to pay a $50 fee via Square or Zelle before your next appointment can be scheduled. There will be no exceptions to the no show fee.

A credit card will be required for a full set lash appointments and new clients. Your card will be charged 50% of the service you were booked for if the policy is not followed. This is only if you are booking a full set or if you are a new client. By providing your credit card info, you authorize any charges that may incur.

My lash policy is as follows and Will be strictly enforced. If you have a problem with your lashes, please notify me within 48 hours, otherwise I cannot guarantee my work. Anything after that will be subject to the following: I cannot fill you completely if you do not notify me prior to your appointment that you are missing an excessive amount of lashes. Fills require a minimum of 40% of your lashes to still be filled with lash extensions and considered a fill. There may be an additional charge, up to the price of a full set of lashes. I cannot guarantee a full fill if your missing excessive lashes. If you decide not to go ahead with a fill that day due to this, there will be a $50 fee. If you’re missing excessive lashes, the best thing to do would be to inform me immediately so we may adjust our schedule if we can. Any excessive lash fee will discussed prior to your appointment. Please make sure lashes are clean and free of debris before you come in for your appointment. When you arrive, let me know if you need to clean your lashes and I will provide you with a cleaner. As long as this doesn’t interfere with your appointment there is no charge. If I need to perform a lash bath, there will be a $15 fee and Time will be taken off your fill. I will be increasing some appointment times by 15 minutes. Please be aware of this, especially for eyelash services. I will only be accepting cash, zelle, or check. There is a 3% processing fee for credit card or square transactions!

Today is a very sad day. My Mikey Grandpa passed away this morning. I’m happy he is no longer in pain and reunited with my Grandma and his huge family. I’m sure they were all waiting for him with open arms. I’m gonna miss him calling me Becky Groovey even after I got married since he could never remember my last name. He really was the greatest grandpa ever and he let me get away with anything but always took the fall for it all. I’m gonna miss all the crazy things he did and said all the time. I’m gonna miss how much he loved my babies Brody and his Bella Rosa. But mostly I’m just gonna miss him. I love you so much Grandpa. Watch over us all especially mom. Give everyone up there a squeeze for me. RIP Mikey Grandpa

I would like to send a thank you to everyone that has been praying for me and my family and sending us good thoughts and vibes. My surgery went well. Of course my shoulder was a little more messed up than we thought, But I am home resting now. My nerve block in my shoulder did cause a little paralyzing in my eye which is temporary and will wear off with the nerve block. I posted a picture below to put a smile on everyone’s face because I look crazy. My grandfather is still holding on because he is a tough old cooke. Of course he has always done things on his own terms and is stubborn, so why would he do it any other way now! Thanks again for all the messages, cards, and sweet gifts. I really do have some of the best family, friends, and clients in the world. I Will try to update when possible but feel free to text me because I’m sure I will be pretty bored!
