Obviously I don’t want to anger you BUT!
You have to understand, most of the medical system doesn’t have time for you. They don’t have time to truly dive into your issue let alone properly guide you through it.

And when the generic nonsense doesn’t work, then “Oh, it’s the arthritis. It’s bone on bone” with no other info. It scares the 💩 out of you and you think “I have to restrict everything and move it less so it (the pain area) doesn’t get angry”

This goes for arthritis anywhere, meniscus tears, labrum tears, old rotator cuff tears, etc.)

And then for some reason, instead of getting better, it stays the same or gets worse 😩

Here are some stretches for back pain. The first three stretches you can do while your still in bed. The piriformis stretch is one of my favorites for people who suffer sciatic pain. Have a great weekend.
