Health and Fitness Coaching.. Let's get healthy together, one step at a time

I've done enough kitchen audits to tell you exactly what's in your pantry without looking.

Canola oil next to the olive oil. A box of crackers you bought with good intentions. Vitamins you bought in January that are still sealed. Something at the back of the fridge you've been avoiding.

And I don't say that to judge — I say it because I've seen it in every kitchen, at every income level.

The environment you eat in shapes the choices you make. Change the environment. Change the outcomes.

If I could audit your kitchen tomorrow — what would you be embarrassed for me to find? Drop it in the comments. No judgment, I promise.

It was never really about the food.

The first time I saw my energy completely shift after two weeks of eating with intention — sleeping deeper, moving lighter, thinking clearer — I knew this was about more than cooking.

We reach for prescriptions before we reach for our plate. We blame our genetics before we look at our grocery cart.

I'm here to change that. One kitchen, one client, one meal at a time.

This is why I do what I do. What's your why this week?

Most people think eating healthy means eating boring.

I'm here to end that myth — one plate at a time.

Anti-inflammatory eating isn't about restriction. It's about flooding your body with so much goodness that there's no room left for what's hurting you. Turmeric. Wild salmon. Dark leafy greens. Berries that stain your fingers. Olive oil drizzled over everything.

Your body is either fighting inflammation right now or fighting it later. The difference is what you put on your fork today.

What's one anti-inflammatory food you eat every single week? Drop it below — I want to see your list.

I used to think I had to choose between being great at my craft and growing my business.

Nobody told me there was a tool that could help me do both.

I'm learning how to use AI — and I won't lie, it's been humbling. Sitting with something new, figuring it out, not always knowing the next step. But that discomfort? That's exactly where growth lives.

I built this brand on a belief that quality over quantity applies to everything — including how I invest my time and energy. So if AI helps me serve my clients better, reach more people who need what I do, and build something that lasts... then I'm showing up for that lesson every single day.

The chef who stops learning stops growing. And I'm just getting started.

If you're on a growth journey too — building something from nothing, figuring it out as you go — this space is for you. Drop a 🔥 below so I know I'm not alone.

Yummy

“You’re too athletic and not artistic enough. The only thing she knew what to do is jump.”
For the longest time I believed those lies. Until I started to explore and embrace my unique artistry. I spent years analyzing and understanding what details I should work on, in order to become the artist I knew I could be on ice.

A Final Capstone Choreography that is very personal ✨

I wanted to share a part of my story through that choreo. A story of pain, resilience and determination, to keep on going despite the hardships. Despite the loud silences of those who slowly stopped believing because the dream seemed impossible to reach. Despite it all, I still carry the light of hope that it will be all worth it, because the purpose is way bigger than myself.

You just need to stand up, believe and keep on going.

The past 12 weeks were the biggest blessing I could have asked for. Forever thankful to you @mcswain_kate & @garrettkling for creating such an insightful certification program through the 6 Ways of the Spine™ and for allowing me to be a part of the Spring Cohort.

Thank you for the growth.
Thank you for the lessons.
Special shoutout to @kevin_aymoz & @juliemarcotte23 whose feedback allowed me to create the final masterpiece 🤍
I’ve blossomed in ways I would have never imagined.

More to come on my journey with @americanicetheatre and The 6 Ways of the Spine™ curriculum ✨
