Ever notice how you wake up with a flat stomach… and by 2pm you feel swollen, tired, and inflamed?”
That’s not random. That’s your detox pathways backing up.
If your liver, gut, lymph, and kidneys aren’t moving well, your body holds on to toxins, water, and inflammation…no matter how clean you eat or how hard you train.
My 30-day detox + flush is designed to open those pathways so your body can actually release what it’s holding onto.
Comment ‘FLUSH’ or DM me if you’re ready to feel lighter again!

Something about a sports team that bring people together. I’m not a die hard anymore and honestly I didnt watch most of the season. However the last few games I went to a Seahawk dominate bar/restaurant in the southbay and made some great friends. The camaraderie is sweet thing. Everyone high-fiving, hugging and we just met.

Eating fruit with a fat isn’t random ….it’s smart nutrition 👇
1. Slows blood sugar spikes for steadier energy
2. Improves absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and antioxidants
3. Keeps you fuller longer and helps curb cravings
4. Supports hormone balance and a calmer nervous system
Easy pairings:
apple + almond butter/nuts🍎
berries + coconut cream 🍓
banana + nut butter 🍌

Your body has a built-in “garbage disposal.” 🚛
The lymphatic system is like your body’s private drainage system. Unlike your blood, which has the heart to pump it, your lymph fluid has no pump. It relies entirely on you to move it. When it gets sluggish, toxins sit in your tissues, leading to brain fog, bloating, and skin issues.
3 Ways to “Flip the Switch” on Detox:
• Movement: Even a 20-minute walk makes a difference.
• Rebounding: 5–10 minutes of jumping on a mini-trampoline.
• Hydration + Magnesium: Lymph fluid is mostly water; keep it flowing!
Are you moving your body today? Drop a “💨” if you’re ready to de-stagnate!

How many times have one of these excuses come out of your mouth? Where does it get you? Oh trust me these cross my mind almost every morning when I’m getting up to go to cardio in the cold and then back to the gym in the afternoon to lift. But nobody’s going to hit their goals with these words coming out of their mouth. What you speak out loud becomes reality!
Save this for shoulder day!! Smoked the rear delts 😮💨
Dont forget to train all sides of your shoulder to give the full rounded look.
Shoulders are my fave to train what’s yours?

Tongue health 101 👅
Your tongue can offer clues …but it’s not a diagnosis.
Here’s what different tongue appearances may suggest when they’re persistent (not just one day):
🩷Pink & moist
Generally considered a healthy baseline. Even color, light coating, and good moisture usually reflect balanced hydration and oral health.
🤍Pale or very light
May be associated with low iron, B12, or reduced circulation — but can also show up with dehydration, stress, or being cold.
❤️Bright red or smooth
Sometimes linked to B-vitamin or iron deficiency, inflammation, or irritation from reflux, spicy foods, or illness.
💜Purplish or bluish tones
Can reflect circulation or oxygenation changes, but lighting, temperature, and tongue position can affect color too.
💛Yellow coating
Often related to dehydration, mouth breathing, smoking, or bacterial buildup. Not always an infection.
🤍White coating
A thin white film is common and often harmless. A thick, cottage-cheese-like coating that scrapes off may indicate oral yeast or imbalance.
🖤Dark or black coating
Usually due to bacterial overgrowth, smoking, dry mouth, or recent antibiotics. Often benign and reversible.
💔Red spots or patchy areas
Can be inflamed taste buds, irritation, stress, hormones, or a benign condition like geographic tongue. Allergy is just one possibility.
How my 30-day Flush can support this
My Flush focuses on gut balance, liver support, hydration, and elimination …all of which directly impact oral health, saliva production, inflammation, and the oral microbiome. Many of these tongue changes improve when digestion, detox pathways, and nutrient absorption are supported.
This isn’t about quick fixes , it’s about addressing root causes from the inside out.
Save this for awareness, not self-diagnosis ✨
DM me “FLUSH” if you want details.

Here’s the thing, you don’t have to be perfect. By no means am I at 10% body fat or have a perfect body by my standards. I enjoy my red wine, my cookies and a good meal, but during the week my nutrition is on point, I don’t skip a day without my peptides, and I do fasted cardio at least five days a week on the treadmill.. Start making small changes and you’ll notice a difference one year from now. It takes about 12 months to create a different lifestyle.
I have a great program launching on January 5th to help you make these small changes. Message me if you’re interested.

Magnesium isn’t one-size-fits-all. The form you take matters just as much as taking it. Sleep, anxiety, energy, digestion, focus…each type has a different job. Save this cheat sheet for later ✨

Christmas in Seattle needed its own post! So happy to spend time with family and friends who mean the most to me. With only the short time in town. I don’t get to see everyone, but I’m grateful for the memories that were made. Here are a few of the photos I captured.
This is a great upper body workout that hits a little of it all.
-Lat pull downs 4x12-15
-Seated rows 4x20
-Bent arm lateral raises 4x20
-Decline dumbbell curls 4x20
-Tricep push downs 4x20
I did this with a partner and while one was working the other held a plank, or did some sort of ab exercise. Try tot to stand around in between like one of those weirdos at the gym waiting for a machine. Don’t be that guy. Work on your core, mobility or stretching. 🤗
