For over a decade, Ryan has dedicated his career to helping people feel more confident, more empowered, and more like themselves.

What began in 2014 as a passion for beauty quickly became something much bigger. Through thousands of clients, countless transformations, and years behind the lash bed, he discovered that lashes are never just about lashes. They are about confidence. They are about self-expression. They are about helping someone feel seen. That passion for transformation naturally evolved into a passion for education.

Today, Ryan brings over 10 years of hands-on experience, artistry, and industry knowledge to the LBLA Education Team. His mission is not only to create beautiful results, but to help artists build confidence in their craft, elevate their skills, and create careers they are proud of.

Try this simple formula:
✨ Step 1: Prep the natural lashes.
