One of the things I used to dislike the most: walking and running.
But after moving into my new office, my daily routine has changed—I decided to challenge myself with the things I once disliked.
I finally joined a running club I had only thought about for years.
Every Sunday at 6:30 AM, we spend an hour and a half walking and running along the Redondo Beach coast.
It feels so different—something I once only did when I had to meet clients in this area, I’m now experiencing through movement and breath.
Running here brings such a unique, refreshing feeling. 🌊✨
