Happy 19th birthday to my youngest babygirl!

I can’t believe 19 years have passed already. For those who don’t know, Morgan is my rainbow baby. My pregnancy with her was high-risk because of what happened with her sister, Genesis. At five months pregnant, I was rushed into emergency surgery. At six months, I was hit by a Morgan State University bus. And the day before her birth, I fell down the stairs.

Today, Morgan dances for the Morgan State University band while attending college there. But the most beautiful part is that she also ministers through dance at church. She is a living example of the scripture:

“But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.” (Genesis 50:20)

I am so thankful to God for confirming to me that:
“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.” (Psalm 30:5)
