Education doesn’t stop after cosmetology school. It should continue throughout a stylist’s career.
At Serenity Salon & Spa, education isn’t just something we do. It’s part of our culture. Throughout the year, we bring in industry-leading educators, Redken artists, and other respected professionals to help our team continue growing in areas like cutting, color, consultations, styling, and more. We believe the best way to grow is to learn from people who have dedicated years to mastering their craft. Every educator brings a different perspective, technique, and way of thinking, making our entire team stronger.
We also believe in reinvesting in our team’s growth. One way we do that is through our retail program. When our stylists recommend the right products to help guests care for their hair at home, they earn points that help us bring in even more education. It’s a cycle that benefits everyone. Our team continues learning, and our guests receive the benefit every time they sit in one of our chairs.
The beauty industry is always evolving. New techniques, new products, and better ways to care for hair are constantly emerging. Staying current allows us to make recommendations based on today’s best practices while continuing to refine the services we provide.
