For this first time all over color, we went bold! So rich and beautiful! 😍

I’m thrilled when my clients reach out to let me know how happy they are!

My client wanted to keep some of her balayage but embrace more of her natural dark color. So we went from a grown out balayage to a sunkissed, carmel brunette look. 😍

Here’s a couple new policies I’ll be implementing.

LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
I understand things come up unexpectedly. However, not showing up for your appointment impacts myself and my ability to service my other clients. I ask you kindly notify me of your appointment cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.
If you’re unable to cancel within that time frame, I have the right to charge these fees as follows:
-Less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of the cost of the service(s) booked
-No call/no show: 75% of the cost of the service(s) booked
Fees can be paid over the phone with a card number and will need to be paid before you are able to book any future appointments. I will then keep a card number on file for any future appointments. Your card will only be charged if you no call, no show or cancel less than 24 hours any future appointments.

LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY
In order to respect the time of my other clients, I ask you arrive on time for your appointment. I understand life can sometimes be unpredictable so I do allow a 15 minute grace period for your late arrival. However, if you are later than 15 minutes I may not have the time to complete your service as needed. We may need to your cancel your appointment, you pay 50% of the service(s) booked and be rescheduled. Please call or text as soon as you can so I can try to accommodate.

As another year comes to a close, I want to thank all my wonderful clients for staying with me through all the adventures of 2023. From becoming my own boss, needing to find a new salon home and everything else in between, I appreciate all the support! I am so thankful for each and every one of you for trusting me to do your hair. You all are why I love my job and look forward to showing up everyday.

Just like everything else in the world going up in price, my supply costs have been raised so most of my services will be increased starting Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
I will also begin implementing a new late cancellation and no call, no show policy where you will be charged for a % of any service(s) booked and will need to pay before you can book a future appointment.
