📌 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Rockstar Nails by Shannon, your appointment time is reserved just for you. When clients cancel late or do not show up, it impacts both my schedule and other clients waiting for appointments.
• Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $35 fee.
• No-Show Fee: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will also be charged a $35 fee.
• Fees must be paid before booking your next appointment.
