Join me for a new class Wednesdays at 5:45 PM called STRONG Nation. It is HIIT cardio class created by Zumba.

Reward yourself at 630 pm with Zumba Toning/Zumba afterwards. ™️

A STRONG Nation® class is a high-energy total body workout, and as part of your sweat session, you'll hit the floor for some intense core exercises.

Zumba is canceled this morning at 930 am due to inclement weather. Im going to teach virtually. I'll be at Fitness Plaza Monday at 630 pm

Non-Zumba peeps here is an alternative.
Warm up by doing a 7 minute stretch and/or jumping jacks.
10-12 push-ups
10-12 kettlebell swings
10-12 bicep curls
10-12 triceps kickbacks
10-12 full body crunch

Then do the full set 3x more...😊
Finish with a stretch
