My beautiful client came in for a two in one this week. Over time she felt like her brows were thinning and it played a huge role in her confidence and identity.

In addition she felt the simplicity in a sleek yet bold winged eyeliner would suit her, and giver her that always polished look. Her skin was a dream to work on and I am so glad she chose me ✨

We did a mostly borderless powdered brow with some hyperreal strokes thrown in for detail and I am in looooove!!!

As you can see I don’t really have the time (MAKE the time, yes 👀) to put into fancy reels and creative content (it’s my biggest deficit and I know it. But how do I keep my books full in real life? Here’s how-

1. I take the time to consult with my clients before their service for as long as they need. I will ask the same question five different ways, and ask my clients to make the same statements in different words. Why?
Because genuine understanding in goals is the NUMBER ONE way to get a satisfied clientele.

2. I regularly book my clients for their next appointment while they’re still here at the spa. Not only does this take it off their plate but it ensures your schedule to be smooth and streamlined down the road, without having to adjust or scoot anyone. The less this can happen, the more you’ll build trust and reliability with clients.

3. I genuinely care about my clients. I make a point to remember names, dates, and special occasions, because in a world where we are all kind of flying by the seat of our pants, it’s nice to feel remembered.

4. I am quietly confident. I do not beg or chase clients. I allow them to go off and explore, I don’t make them feel guilty if they need to cancel or try someone new. I recognize my skills, and I know that they’ll always come back. You could also call this delusionally optimistic ;)

5. I maintain boundaries. I do not take on any clients I don’t 100% believe I can help, just for the sake of the money. I did that as a baby PMU artist and I learned the hard way. I know now that someone smart will respect your polite declination over a desperate yes any day of the week, and almost always come back once they’ve gotten the treatment they needed.
